C2 is a sofetgel capsule with a combination of Clindamycin and Clotrimazole, it fights against the infection by stopping the growth of infection-causing microorganisms. Clindamycin belongs to the lincomycin antibiotic group that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, required for the survival of the bacteria. It inhibits bacterial growth but does not kill them. Clotrimazole belongs to the imidazole antifungal group that kills fungi by causing holes in its cell membrane, thereby leaking all content out.  These capsules also prevent the further spread of the infection.
